Adult Kickboxing

Our adult kickboxing classes are aimed for both men and women from the age of 13 years old. No previous training or martial arts experience is required.

Kick Camp

Our KICK CAMP sessions combine circuit training, martial arts training methods, with heart-pumping cardio. An all over body workout!

Private Tuition

GIOKICK offer the opportunity of booking both PT sessions and 'tailor made tuition' in kickboxing, on either a one to one basis or as a whole group.
