I have been practising Yoga and meditation for many years and have benefitted significantly as a direct result. I began to teach Yoga as I wanted to share the benefits that I had enjoyed. My sessions are accessible to everyone regardless of experience or level of fitness. Each session includes a short meditation, physical Hatha Yoga practice and a simple guided relaxation to finish. Yoga is incredibly beneficial to overall physical health, flexibility, core strength and stress and anxiety management. I hope to see you there!
